My Approach.
Working with me, we will address four dimensions of wellness - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual (purpose).
Goals are set each week, accountability whether through food logs or another source, education about what we are working on and what you’re interested in, etc. Our goal together is sustainable strategies to help create behavior change. There are no quick fixes in my book - all things to do for the rest of your life.
My Passion.
My passion is to teach individuals how to become accountable for the lifestyle actions that are chosen on a day-to-day basis, while still enjoying the celebrations that life brings.
I believe that everyone has his or her own path to follow with wellness, and I strive to help those find success in that path.
